 - Eligibility:
- Evidence of employment or salary above the Fair Work High Income Threshold (FWHIT)
 - Priority processing applies under Ministerial Direction no. 89
 
 
2. Distinguished Talent Stream
- For individuals with exceptional achievements in sectors other than the Minister’s priority list.
 - Limited to 300 visas under the 2024–2025 Migration Program.

- Travel and Residency: After five years, apply for a Resident Return Visa (Subclass 155/157) to maintain re-entry rights.
 - Application Costs: Additional charges may apply for family members or second instalments for applicants without functional English.
